As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to closing all current and future transaction with you. We understand that these are uncertain and unprecedented times, but we want to assure you and all those involved with your transaction, that we are fully operational and are continuing our work on your closing. Although the courthouses have been closed to the public, our abstractors still have access to ROD records for title search purposes and ROD’s are still processing documents for recording. Although there are more obstacles logistically, that the closing attorneys are having to deal with, we assure you that this should NOT affect your transaction.
Also, in an effort to decrease the possibility of exposure and in compliance with CDC recommendations related to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are limiting the number of people attending closing and ask that only signing participants and agents attend the closing. Buyers and Sellers will be seated in different conference rooms that will contain hand sanitizer. Also, our conference rooms will be wiped down with disinfectant after the conclusion of each closing.
If you have been sick or are not feeling well, please contact us immediately to make alternative closing arrangements.
If we need anything specific from you to assist us with these processes, we will contact you or the client directly. Otherwise, as always, we will see you at closing!
